Illinois Department of Natural Resources’ Partners for Conservation Ecosystems Program has developed a digital library showcasing Partners for Conservation Ecosystem Projects. Media are available for some but not all projects funded between the inception of the Ecosystems Program in 1996 and the present. As time and resources permit, media will become available for additional projects. Please check back periodically.
Project files that can be reproduced digitally are available to download in the following categories:
- Documents – In Adobe Acrobat Form
- Photos – Displayed in an easy-to-navigate Photo gallery format
- Movies – Project videos are available in two compressed high quality Video formats as .wmv (Windows Media Video) or as .mpg (Motion Pictures Group).
The Partners for Conservation Digital Library will allow you to search on multiple variables, including: partnership, year, project classification, media type and keyword. It is our intention that watershed groups, landowners, Ecosystem Partnerships and others will benefit from learning about what others have accomplished around the state and will duplicate or build upon these successful projects.
