- Equivalent Out of State Credentials Documented
- Application Received
- Pass Temporary Exam
- Temporary Valid Until Next Available Testing Date
- Note: Applicant May Bypass Examiners Papers Exam
and Test For Mine Managers if Out of State Equivalent is Documented
