Hoisting Engineer Experience and Documentation
Candidates for Hoisting Engineer Must:
- Be 21 Years Old
- Be a U.S. Citizen
- Have Two Years Hoisting Experience or 30 Hours of Log Time
- Attend Hoisting Classes (Mandatory)
- Be of Good Repute and Temperate Habits
- Pass Examination
Documents Needed:
- Application
- Documentation or Verification of Hoisting Experience
- Completed Log Sheet (Signed by Valid Engineer)
No Temporary Available Course Materials:
- Hoisting Engineer Training Manual
- Classes Available (Mandatory)
- Coal Mining Act
- Note: It is up to Each Applicant to Make
Arrangements with a Hoisting Engineer and Mine Operator To Complete the Log Sheet
