Crane Hoist Operator
Experience and Documentation
This Certificate is good for one year or the duration of that particular job. It can be extended after one year by Mining Board by requesting an extension 30 days prior to expiration of certificate.
Candidates for Crane Hoist Must:
- Document 1 Year Experience Operating Crane Hoist
- Have Character Oaths from 3 Certified People (MM, ME, SMI)
- Demonstrate proficiency on Particular Crane Hoist
Documents Needed:
- Application
- Letter of Experience (1 year Minimum)
- Practical Test Document
