RPP: Room and Pillar Panel

In the panel method, rooms are 15-30 feet wide and 200-300 feet long. Pillar width is 10-30 feet for room pillars and 50-150 feet for barrier pillars. Panel extraction can be to 80% if the pillars are pulled.
