MRP: Modified Room and Pillar

In the modified method, rooms are 15-40 feet wide and 100-400 feet long. Pillar width is 5-40 feet for room pillars and up to 150 feet for barrier pillars. Panel extraction can be up to 80% if the pillars are pulled.
