Pursuant to 62 Ill. Adm. Code 1773.14 promulgated under the Surface Coal Mining Land Conservation and Reclamation Act, the Department of Natural Resources, Office of Mines and Minerals, Land Reclamation Division hereby gives notice that a public hearing will be conducted by the Department on Permit Application No. 415 which was submitted by Peabody Arclar Mining, LLC for the Wildcat Hills Mine, Cottage Grove Pit. The public hearing is scheduled for 7 PM on August 3, 2011 in the first floor conference room at the Benton Mine Rescue Station, 503 East Main Street, Benton Illinois 62812.
