Pursuant to 62 Ill. Adm. Code 1773.14 promulgated under the Surface Coal Mining Land Conservation and Reclamation Act, the Department of Natural Resources, Office of Mines and Minerals, Land Reclamation Division hereby gives notice that a public hearing will be conducted by the Department on Significant Revision No. 1 to Permit No. 373 which was submitted by Prairie State Generating Company, LLC for the Lively Grove Mine. The public hearing is scheduled for 6 PM on August 13, 2008 at Saint. Anthony Rectory, 6101 Saint Anthony Church Road, Lively Grove Illinois.
