Pursuant to 62 Ill. Adm. Code 1773.13(c) promulgated under the Surface Coal Mining Land Conservation and Reclamation Act, the Department of Natural Resources, Office of Mines and Minerals, Land Reclamation Division hereby gives notice that an informal conference will be conducted by the Department on Renewal Application No. 4 to Permit No. 265 which were submitted by Macoupin Energy, LLC for the Shay No. 1 Mine. The informal conference is scheduled for 6:00 PM on February 15, 2012 at the Glades Restaurant, 18838 Route 4 South, Carlinville Illinois 62626.
