A request for hearing for the revision applications to Knight Hawk Coal Company, LLC's permit Nos. 372 and 377 has been withdrawn. Hearing was to be scheduled for 6:00 PM on January 21, 2009. The Department received notice from the requestor that they wished to withdrawal the public hearing request.
