Thank you for your recent inquiry about establishing a
license vendor account for the sale of licenses, stamps and permits.
Our automated system is called DNR
Direct and will provide a consistent, easy to use and cost-effective
means to register, acquire and renew IDNR permits and licenses.
first time a comprehensive on-line database will be maintained that contains
all hunting, fishing, boating, etc. information. When your customers
apply for or renew a license or permit, basic information is retrieved,
and you can sell the “privileges” desired. If a customer
loses a license, he can just go to the web or any one of our other statewide
agents for a duplicate because information is stored centrally. There
will be no more handwriting of licenses. All the information will be
printed on the license and all you will need to do is verify the information
then have the customer sign their name.
As a participant, you will receive the equipment and be trained in its
use. Below is what you need:
Mail completed forms
and your security deposit to: IDNR
License Office, P.O. Box 19459, Springfield, IL 62794-9459
Please read these documents and return signed copies.
We do require
a $250.00 security deposit that is refundable (1
terminal is $250, 2-$400, 3 or more-$500).
