EXHIBITORS AND VENDORS

Take advantage of this opportunity to meet face-to-face with professionals and promote your product or service. The Midwest Fish and Wildlife Conference is the premiere industry event with more than 1,000 attendees at past conferences. Space is limited in the exhibit area. Reservations for exhibitors will be handled on a first come, first paid basis.  Be sure to complete your reservation today!

Exhibit Space is $700 for Government Agencies or For-Profit Organizations and $350 for Not-For-Profit Organizations

Your Exhibit Reservation includes the following:

One Reserved Space in the exhibit area.  Exhibits are connected to the poster sessions and conference breaks, which promotes high visibility among conference attendees.

Conference Registration for one representative that includes the welcome reception, plenary session, Monday breakfast, conference banquet and raffle, refreshment breaks, oral presentations and poster sessions.

Inclusion in the exhibitor section of the conference program.

Additional representatives can be added for $100 each.  This includes the welcome reception, plenary session, Monday breakfast, conference banquet and raffle, refreshment breaks, oral presentations and poster sessions.

Booth Information
Each space in the exhibit area includes one 10'(wide) x 6'(deep) booth with an 8' back drape and 3' side drape, one 6' skirted table, 2 folding chairs, one waste basket with liner and one identification sign (including show logo and sponsor information).

Show Information
Set Up: Exhibitors will be allowed to set up their exhibits on Sunday, December 6 from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm and on Monday, December 7 from 7:00 am - 11:30 am.  All booths should be set up by 11:30am on Monday, December 7, as the exhibit area opens to all conference participants at 12:00 pm.

Exhibit Hours: Monday, December 7           12:00pm - 6:00 pm
                         Tuesday, December 8          8:00am - 6:00 pm
                         Wednesday, December 9    8:00am - 12:00 pm

Tear Down: Wednesday, December 9, 12:00 pm
